Thanks for choosing ATradezone.com [B2B Market Place]. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within Fourteen (14) Days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
1. If the item you want to return is a “14 Days Hassle Free Return” item, you can directly select “14 Days Hassle Free Return on ATradezone App within 14 Days of receipt to apply for return & refund. You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved. But you need to pay the local delivery fee and International logistics fee (can not apply if it is more than 14 Days).
2. If item you received is of problems (such as wrong quantity, wrong item, product damaged, texture or quality problem, etc.), please apply for return & refund within 15 days of receipt. What you need to do is describing specific problem and return reason, selecting corresponding return reason and uploading photos of item with problem and tracking info. You can get full refund of the product price after your application is approved. You do not need to pay international logistics cost, but you need to pay domestic delivery fee if there are any.
3. For the orders which have been completed but you still not received your order, you may apply for the Only Refund within 15 days since your order status change to be completed. Meanwhile you will received this notification “You can apply only Refund direct from your order Page if You didn’t receive your order” which will be Sent via in your E-mail inbox.
4. For all approved return application (including every return reason), customer needs to return the products to the office within 14 Days, otherwise return (refund) can’t be executed.
5. Products without “14 Days Hassle Free Return” service (such as: underwear, cosmetics, wigs, sex products, customized products, etc.) can not be returned and refunded unless there is quality problem with product itself. Please refer to the product details before buying.
6. If a coupon was applied to your order, the value of the coupon is nonrefundable.
7. All refund will be sent back to your ATradezone.com account automatically after return succeed. So you have to activate and verify your ATradezone.com account.
8. At present, ATradezone.com only supports return & refund application, and do not support replacement service yet.
9. __except items that was specially marked as supporting replacement in detail description page__ Please make sure you follow these guidelines or else we may be unable to process your return.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, navigate to your Account->RMA Requests to check if the product has guarantee…if not contact seller to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the seller along with your order #Id_Number.
Step 1: Customer – Seller Negotiation
The customer can start negotiation for a refund from a Seller store support button known as (Get Support) or product inquiry add on, order note or directly contact the seller via other means (email. phone, etc.).
OR Go to My Account->Orders->click on Order Number(#15965)->Click on Seller Name (below product name and you will be redirected to seller page)->click on Chat Now or Get Support button to start chatting with seller and remember to specify your product #ID.
The customer must provide the order number. If the order has multiple items and the customer only needs one product or one type of product refunded, he must include those details.
Step 2: Seller- Sending a Request to ATradezone.com
After the seller agrees with the customer that he is eligible, the seller will create a refund request from the seller dashboard against the order to ATradezone.com.
To do this, navigate to seller Dashboard->Orders.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least Seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● In case, a customer has proof to return the product(s). He/She has permission to receive a new replacing product(s)
