We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our help & support service. However, if platform still doesn’t meet your needs, we’ll happily refund 100% of your money within 14 days of your purchase. No questions will be asked. Please note that, we do not refund if the subscription has been purchased on discount or after 1 4 Days free trial.
If you don’t like our online marketplace or it causes you trouble, we will be happy to offer you a full 100% refund within 14 days of your original purchase and no questions will be asked.

All of our store plans (Retail & Wholesale) require renewal of subscriptions every year, but you can choose whether to renew your subscription or not. We suggest renewing your subscriptions because we are always improving our platform…But if not renewed, your store dashboard will automatically disabled for selling and all your products status will be changed into Pending Review for one Month and deleted after 2 Months. A valid subscription is required for receiving a renew updates. N.B: We’ll email you a reminder a Month before your subscription ends.
